My week...

Some people have asked how my week is organized, so here it is...
Monday mornings, I email Master with the week's appointments, meetings and bills so He can know what is going on. Then, it is off to the gym for an hour of cardio/conditioning.
Tuesdays, I do kettlebell training for an hour or so and a short walk in the mornings. I have a really great DVD I use for th eat home workouts, lol. Then Tuesday afternoons I usually write.
Wednesday its the gym again for cardio and some toning work.
Thursdays I do either yoga or pilates at home. Thursday is also errand day, so I do anythign I need to do for the week outside of the home, food shopping, get the car worked on, post office, etc..
Fridays its the gym again for cardio and strength training,
Saturdays I do whichever one I did not do on Thursday and a walk/run.
Thats my workout schedule, lol..
