I returned to meditating recently. Taking 10 or 15 minutes a night right now to focus myself and let myind wander. I'm a firm believer in the power of the mind impacting a person's outlook on life.
I feel more grounded, more centered. I feel secure in my position again, which makes me feel good mentally. I don't like not feeling secure and comfortable in my position, especially when it's outside influence making me uncomfortable.

Last night I turned on my meditation music with my ear buds (my personal meditation music is a shuffle of Celtic instrumental pieces), closed my eyes, and let my mind focus on the slave me.
It was good to feel that centering and balance again. I didn't realize how much I missed and needed it.
