Do you accept and/or expect discipline or punishments as a part of your submission? How do you feel about it?
It seems to e that there is always a question about "expecting" things like this. It seems like the people who write these questions do not know that there is a difference between punishment and discipline.
I have disciplined my body to react to His touch, His voice, to not orgasm without His permission, and to orgasm within seconds of His permission being given. Discipline is teaching and training your body to do something, to react a specific way, and to obey a specific order. You often hear the military use the word "discipline" in this way. This is the way to use the term that I have always used.
To expect something is to become complacent. Complacementness leads to a slave who does not behave, who becomes too comfortable with her position. To expect Master to do something is, in a way, topping from the bottom. I do not expect punishment when I misbehave, but, when Master does administer a punishment, I accept it with dignity and grace. Punishment is not always corporal, either. Just the disappointment in His voice or the look of displeasure from Him really is enough of a punishment in my mind, and causes a correction in my behavior.
