Resolutions

Most people make resolutions for New Years. I am fortunate enough that, if I fail to make one then or if I break it quickly, my birthday is at the start of the year. I always try to make a Birthday Resolution, something I will do or work on starting with my birthday.
This year I have a few. The first is that I will drop 60 pounds by my 32nd birthday. That will put me at a weight I am more comfortable with. Whatever it takes, walking, going to the gym, diet, anything, I will drop 60 pounds in the next year.
I will do some form of dance 4 hours a week, at least. I will not overdo it like I have in the past and I will not obsess about perfection. The four hours will not all be on pointe, and some of the time will be spent stretching and regaining flexibility.
I will take the time to teach more, actually explaining what this lifestyle is about when asked. I will not rush into just explaining the physical aspects, but also the mental, emotional, and physical. How it feels to be utterly at the mercy of a person, the trust needed to place your very life in a person's hands, literally.
I will blog more, at least twice a week. I have several different ways I ca blog, I can do it right from Blogger's web site, I can text entries, and I can email them so I have no excuses, I will blog twice a week.
That is all I can think of for now, but I will add more if I think of more.
