Well, I have been going to the gym three times a week and working out at home the other days, eating right and staying on top of my meds and it is working. So far, in the week and a half, I have lost 6 pounds and have increased the workload on the bike to 3.0, random uphill and downhill, and have averaged about 6 miles in 30 minutes (the max time allowed on one machine in the gym I go to).
If I keep this up, I may ask Master for a stationary bike for Christmas, lol. I have been using the kettlebell at home, a 5 pound one for workouts, and think I may need to up the weight a little, lol. My arms will be my toughest thing to tone, but my legs are getting back into shape, and I am not sore after the workout. My knee does not bother me either! Yay!
So just wanted to update ont he self improvement thing, lol... Time to hit the shower
