Dailies and protocols

Well, with the new retraining, this one has different things she must do daily. Some are old and some are new, a few are things she was supposed to do but did not, and now she must do them. The consequences are real and they are followed through this time. This one realizes she took all her privileges and freedom for granted while Master was away from home.
There are daily things this one must do to remind herself of her proper place. One is the last thing before bed, which is also the first reminder when waking up in the morning. Before going to bed, this one must ask Master where He would like her cuffed and chained. He has been kind since allowing this one back in the bed by saying her hands should be cuffed above her head, but that is all likely to change at any moment. Falling asleep chained to a part of the bed also serves to remind this one when she wakes up of her place since she wakes up still chained.
This one also must ask Master's permission before going to bed if she is going to bed before Him, or to stay up late if she is staying up after He goes to sleep.
During the day, this one must keep track of what she has done in case He would like an accounting of her activities all day. This usually happens if Master does not notice anything that has been done, and it is part of His attempt to show this one that she can do it.
Also, this one has to clear dinner plans with Master. If this one would like to make something specific for dinner one night, all she has to do is inform Master and He is usually ok with it. This also goes for food shopping, this one is given a budget and anything over budget, well, this one has not gone over budget yet, so she does not know what will happen.
This one must be naked when entering the bedroom and can not see Master naked before she is. With small exceptions (one week a month *wink*) this one sleeps in the nude, even if Master is clothed. This is so Master can take full advantage and get full use out of this one whenever He so chooses. It goes without saying, this one is not allowed to peak without permission.
Because she is not allowed to peak, this one's ability to control her orgasms is both a blessing and a curse, lol.
There are positions and postures this one must use as well, either on command or out of protocol. But, those are for a different time and entry, lol.
Well, it is late and Master will be expecting this one to be waiting in th ebedroom for Him. So this one must sign off for now. Gag kisses to all.
